The opening
Cold and powdery, like silk taken out of a drawer. Pressed from roots that waited six years in Tuscany.
One batch. When it is gone, it is gone.
We mix once a year, in November, and we do not restock.
Fifty millilitres,
cut by hand.
The glass is blown in the Jura and cut so that no two bottles catch the light the same way. Yours carries its number under the base.
